UI / UX Designer

We’re looking for a talented, creative, and self-driven UI/UX Designer to join our team.  This designer would be working directly with our project managers, developers, and founders to ensure the goals of our clients are being met and we’re delivering an interface and experience that fits the needs of each project.  We offer the freedom to explore potential design avenues and encourage pushing boundaries of what’s typically expected in an effort to create unique, delightful solutions.

• Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with project managers and engineers
• Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows, sitemaps, and wireframes
• Develop UI mockups and interactive prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites and apps should function and look
• Prepare and present flows and mockups to internal teams and key stakeholders
• Identify and troubleshoot UX problems
• Implement revisions based on client and user feedback
• Adhere to brand standards on fonts, colors and images
• Be the creative spark that spurs new ideas and solutions

Must Haves

• At least 3-5 years of experience in digital interface and user experience design
• Strong knowledge of Figma in both interface design and prototyping
• Ability to provide access to portfolio of design projects
• Knowledge of wireframe tools (we use Whimsical)
• Good time-management skills
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders

• Knowledge of mobile app design guidelines
• Experience building sites in Webflow
• Experience designing for whitelabel platforms
• Experience in branding and logo design
