Full Stack .NET Developer

We're looking for a full stack web developer who cares about their craft and gets excited about elegant data models, smooth user experiences, and carefully shaping a feature with an AI agent until it's exactly right. Someone who can immediately contribute to the team, innovate and create great products. These days AI writes a lot of our code, which makes your judgment and ownership matter more than ever.

Responsibilities

You'll architect, build, test, and maintain web platforms for a variety of businesses and non-profits
You'll work with designers to make the best user experiences
You'll participate in regular design and code reviews
You'll use AI tools to build more robust, well-crafted features, while owning the planning, the code review, and the quality of everything that ships
You'll get to build utilities and processes to make your job easier
You'll get to provide feedback about the kinds of projects you want to work on

Experience

Must Haves

Extensive experience doing full stack web application development using ASP.NET Core or MVC
Experience with relational databases (preferably SQL Server and Entity Framework)
Experience with HTML/CSS building responsive web sites
Experience with Javascript and javascript frameworks like React, Vue, Angular, or jQuery

Nice to Haves

Experience integrating with REST APIs
iOS or Android development experience
Experience building apps with MAUI, React Native, or Xamarin
Experience building with agentic workflows and AI coding tools like Claude Code, Cursor, or Copilot
Experience with unit testing and integration testing
Experience with distributed systems
Experience deploying applications to the cloud (Azure, AWS, etc)

Skills

You communicate well with clients and with a team
You're passionate about building products people love
You are self-motivated and can make your own decisions
You know how to squash a bug
